Farington Lodge wedding photography
In the West, we gather for one day to celebrate our weddings. Whether they are simple, grand, or intimate, a lot of thought and effort go into orchestrating them, and hopefully, they reflect our wishes. All over the world, brides and grooms, bridesmaids and ushers, friends and family travel long and far, go to great expense, time and preparation, experiencing a multitude of emotions, and put on their best materially and spiritually to convene in one location to support the future newlyweds. For each and every couple, the day of their wedding is one of great exaltation, but for this particular bride and groom deep contentment and serenity emanated from their beings, which for most of us is hard to find on this day whether as guests or protagonists, for as we know it can be an overwhelming experience.
Richard and Zoe conducted their nuptials, dinner and wedding celebration at Farington Lodge in the North West of England surrounded by their dearest friends and families. Farington is a listed Georgian house belonging to the Classic Lodges hotel group in the Lancashire countryside, close to one of the most awe-inspiring places on the planet, the Lake District National Park in Cumbria. Overall, it was an amazing place blessed with sunny and dry weather—a perfect day for a festive wedding for all to bask in each other’s love. The couple were remarkable, sporting great big smiles on their faces, and who were able to enjoy every minute of their wedding with their loved ones. What else could one ask for?
Enough for now, and onto the pictures!
